STUDENT HOUSING

CLC students have the option to live in Student Housing provided at a discounted rate at Walden Pond Apartments located 1 mile from the church campus. Students live in a two bed / two bath apartment with two to three room-mates. Each room holds two students. Accommodations include fully furnished apartments with a washer and dryer, WiFi, swimming pool, walking trail, on-site maintenance and security, and 24-hour fitness gym. The cost for student housing is $450 per month or $2700 per semester. Students can pay this via cash, check, or electronically (electronic payments will incur a processing fee. Additionally, students are required to split the power bill. All other utilities are covered by CLC.
